Was I confident that Obama would beat Hilary Clinton in the primaries? No. Was I sure that Obama would beat McCain in the general election? No. Did I still book two plane tickets to DC in May, make hotel reservations, and plan for Christopher and I to attend the inauguration anyway? Yes, yes I did.
